The 144-unit luxury apartment complex is conveniently located at 11000 Buddy Ellis Road, about one mile from the Juban Road exit on Interstate 12, southeast of Denham Springs. It was developed by CST Land Developers, LLC, whose principal members include attorneys Tom Delahaye, Chris Coffin and Stan Baudin of Plaquemine.

The Village at Juban Lake's $13 million, nine-acre campus also features a large zero-entry swimming pool, volleyball and basketball courts, a dog park, a fully-equipped fitness center, a club house with a business center and full kitchen, and walking trails.
Delahaye noted this is the second apartment development his group has opened in Livingston Parish, and its third development overall since forming in 2006.

The Village at Juban Lakes complex is modeled after The Reserve at Jefferson Crossing.
Delahaye said the group plans to soon begin construction on a new phase of units that will be developed on 100 acres behind The Village at Juban Lakes.

He thanked ICI Construction Company, Inc., of Dallas, Texas, for completing the job under budget, along with Red Stone Agency Lending, LLC, for financing the project.
Episcopal Minister Rev. Karen Gay of Donaldsonville blessed the new facility and led guests in a prayer of thanksgiving, followed by an "official" ribbon cutting. Those participating in the ribbon cutting included developers, construction supervisors and architects, as well as members of the Livingston Parish Chamber of Commerce, Livingston Parish President Mike Grimmer and Livingston Parish Assessor Jeff Taylor.
Guests were served refreshments and given a tour of the business office and a model apartment. Persons seeking more information on The Village at Juban Lakes should contact Property Manager Kristi Clark at 225-271-8598.
